How much chicken breast do you have for dinner if that is the majority of your meal?
As in how many grams/oz?
Turns out it has a lot more calories and protein than I originally thought.
Cheers

4 to 6 ozs per person0

A serving size about the size of my palm.0

100g, no skin, grilled or baked with spray oil only......not fried.0

Mine probably average 155 g.
When I buy chicken breasts in bulk, I weigh each one and package them separately and mark the weight on the freezer bag.
If they are too large, I cut them up in to more reasonable serving sizes.0 -
Probably about 150g if it's a main part of the meal.0
