I must be on a post workout shake kick because after the cappachino one, I wanted to keep trying new ones and this is GREAT!

I'm using this one though as a post work out shake/AM snack though since it's more

It's PB Banana but tastes like a vanilla milk shake and a banana with peanut butter (one of my favorite snacks)

1 cup skim milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 med. banana
1 TBS pb2 (powdered peanut butter at only 23 cals per table spoon)
3-4 ice cubes

Blend it up in a blender/magic bullet and tah dah! You're instantly in a dream

    WHERE CAN I FIND THIS??? I have NEVER heard of powdered PB... I LUV PB.....It is my down fall .

    try it with chocolate protein powder :) that's my favorite!
