I went to my local health food store and asked for help with my sore throat. She sold me some organic raw honey........OMG!!!!!!! Has anyone else had this?
It's a completely different consistancy than regular honey, it's almost a solid and it's not as strong as processed honey. I could eat the whole jar spoonful by spoonful. mmmmmmmm

Local is pretty good as well if you can find it.

I normally buy local from the farmers market around here....the local guy just hasn't been selling any lately.
