I had to beg my husband for them and promise that I wouldn't get discouraged if I hadn't lost any weight. I also had to promise that I'd only weigh myself once and give the batteries back when he gets home. I started this 5 1/2 weeks ago but took almost 2 weeks off while my sister was here. I didn't work out and we went out for dinner and drinks a lot. I started back up on Monday but my husband was concerned that if those 2 weeks killed any progress I'd made, I'd want to quit (which is what I've always done before). But I've lost 7 lbs! So I'm pretty pleased with myself today.
