I have always been the type of person that feels "funky" if I don't eat...But lately, If I dont have some sort of sugar in the afternoon (like right now after lunch) I feel really shaky and weak...So...Here I sit, just had a lean cuisine and some tomotoes, and I have to eat something more (trail mix) because I feel faint...WTF??
Suggestions? My diary is open as well.

Hi. You need some protien there girl! Protein in the morning will help that! Your are eating very healthy, but definitely need more protein!0

it looks like you are consuming too many carbs with your meals. Once you "crash" from all that sugar, your body will crave more, and that leads to feeling dizzy (if your sugar drops too low) I would say shoot for no more than 35 g of carbs per meal, and have a high protein snack between if you are still having dizzy spells.0

Unless you're not keeping up with diarying, there are definitely days when you are not eating enough. But, does this "funkyness" happen every day? Only when you eat certain things? Perhaps you are allergic to something?0

Talk to your doctor!
The Lean Cuisines can be high in sodium, have you tried something with less sodium?0 -
Mostly likely you're getting low blood sugar after lunch. Try eating more carbs at lunch time and get more protein at breakfast. Also, you should be eating a lot more fresh vegetables. Make sure you're not going too long between breakfast and lunch, and if you are, add in a little snack in between. You might also want to increase your daily calorie goal as you adjust to eating less.0

It depends on what kind of carbs they are. If they're from vegetables and whole grains they're just fine. They get digested slowly and don't cause spikes and crashes in blood sugar levels. It's only refined carbs that do that. You still need to watch the amount you eat because if eating more than your body needs for energy results in the excess being stored as fat.
I generally get most of my carbs at lunch (50-70g) because that's when I need the energy the most.0 -

You may need to eat a little bit more. If you get less than your body needs it won't burn fat and you won't lose weight. It can be as simple as eating 100 more calories per day. You'll need to experiment with it to figure out what works best for you. I found that in order for me to lose weight, I need about 1500 calories per day plus exercise calories and as long as I exercise I lose 1-2 pounds per week.
If the shakiness starts before lunch it's probably because you get low blood sugar. You eat mainly carbs at breakfast and they digest quickly, so your body doesn't have anything to burn for energy. Try eating more protein at breakfast. It digests slower and will keep you fuller for longer. You may also need to have a small snack in between breakfast and lunch.0 -

Try breaking things up to more than just 3 meals a day. I eat 6 times a day and it keep me nice and stable. I try to eat something at least every 4 hours. It can be a handful of nuts or a protein bar. I used to get the shaky thing like you as well. I don't have that problem anymore. I also focus on foods with a low Glycemic Index (fruits, veggies, protein and good fats) This stabilizes your blood sugar and you will not get that 'crash' that is causing the shakes.0
