 Hi. Before I get started I am planning a blow out meal, courtesy of hubby tonight. We have got chicken, noodles and Wagamama hot spicy chilli men sauce. As last suppers go, it's probably not too bad. I really want to sort my weight out by my 41st birthday at the end of May. I am not great at following complicated routines so my plan goes something like this: cereal for breakfast, fish or poultry and salad for lunch and a healthy dinner with not too many carbs. I have given up chocolate for Lent and my fitness regime is going to involve Wii Fit, walking the kids to school and bouncing on the tramoline with kids and hoping the neighbours aren't watching. Had a bit of a shock when I weighed myself, I was nearly half a stone heavier than I thought. So here goes .... Any tips, advice, just general encouragement to keep me going would be good. I am basically stuck in a rut with it all but it defo needs sorting. Thanks!!
