New Goal setting

Hi all! I would love some new inspiration for my goals. I set 3 goals in January. 1) Walk 3 times a week 2) Journal my food everyday 3) Lose 100 pounds by my birthday. I have kept up on 1 and 2 the whole year. I have 9 pounds to go for my 3rd goal. I would to hear some more ideas to add to my goal list. I have a 5K coming up and I eventually want to get to a half marathon at 14 miles a minute or less. Thanks for any ideas you might have for me!!

    Maybe add jogging 2 days and strength training.

    Hi. I have picked it up on the walking. I know walk 5-6 times a week. I also get on my stationary bike, wii fit and do yoga. I am not sure what to do to add strength training.

    in jan i made a walk 100 miles goal
    in feb i made do 3 classes ( bootcamp / zumba / drum alive etc ) a week
    in march i made it really focusing on eating healthier

    for me changing my goal each month keeps it fresh and allows me a great balance


    and way to go on the success so far!
  • I added some strength training to my routine to tone my arms. Tricep extensions and bicep curls. :-)

    I would like more weight goals, healthy goals, etc. Like for instance, I am going to go for one week without eating meat. Just something to challenge myself.
