Brushing your teeth! It will ruin the taste of most goodies and keep you from eating just for the sweet taste! Worked for me last night :happy:

& try drinking a lot of water & then painting your nails, sometimes the craving passes or it's bedtime by the time your nails have dried

i find that i crave junk sometimes just because i think i'm hungry when i'm not & water, business, & a little time tends to fix it, otherwise my body must really need something if i'm still craving it.0 -
That's what I do! I'll brush and then rinse with mouthwash, and almost as if my mind and stomach are trained - the cravings go away! Sometimes I'll drink a HUGE glass of water or warm unsweetened tea after that and it really helps0

I chew gum and am starting a new thing where if I want to eat I can eat lettuce and cucumber. Not sure how long it will last!0
