I too am an emotional eater and I gotta be honest with you the only thing that has worked for me is to see a therapist. I know it's not ideal and I would prefer to be more self reliant. I find that it helps to deal with whatever is making me an emotional wreck in the first place. I work on being more mindful but really having a therapist to talk to has worked for me.0
