    Wow! That is so inspirational!! I've lost 33 pounds and want to lose another 30.....did you ever have plateaus? How did you move past them? My weight loss has significantly slowed since January. Congrats - you look amazing!!

    Thank you so much for the kind words! I started my journey in October 2009 and lost 100 by October 20010. It has slowed down considerably since then, but it is still going. I was very strict with my calories and excercised a lot. Best if luck to you on your journey.
