80 lbs lost in 4 months - Before and After Pics

Hey everyone - I just hit the 80 lbs lost mark this morning after just a little more than 4 months with MFP. I joined Nov 10th after I picked up my first iphone and found the free app. My "head" happened to be in the right place at that time, and with the new tool I found, I started this journey. I still have a long way to go, but with the support of my MFP friends, who I now feel accountable too, I hope to reach my goal by the end of 2011. Everyone asks me how I did it, and while it hasn't been easy at times, it has been the best "get healthy" experience I've ever had. It's allowed me the flexibility to eat realistically (none of these no carb, no fruit, no this, no that diets), while still watching portions and the quality of food I eat. My diary is open to my friends, so anyone who wants to have a look at how I've done it, send me a friend request, and jump on! Here's a before picture taken around Canadian Thanksgiving this past October:
