Getting past the Plateau

I have messued 155 lb for over a week now. I was losing a pound + per week and suddenly stopped.
I think I hit my plateau. Any tips to get past it?

    I'd wait longer than a week to worry about it honestly.

    I agree with JennW10. If no results after a few weeks to a month... try changing up your diet, eating more/less, working out more, etc.

    I weigh myself every thursday morning. This week is the first I didn't lose at least a pound. I am going to up my exercise this week to see what happens.

    Change up your workout! Dont give up and continue to drink loads of water. I was at my plateau for a month and recently got out as soon as I put those options in!! :)
