I've been using My Fitness Pal to track my weight loss progress since last September but haven't taken the time to introduce myself.
I'm pleased to say that I have reached my goal (-56 lbs) and am embarking on the maintenance phase. My Fitness Pal was a great way to keep track of everything, the food, exercise, nutrition, and measurements/weight.
I wish everyone here the best of success on their weight loss journey, and if anyone was any maintenance tips, I'd love to hear them. Believe it or not, maintenance seems more daunting that the actual weight loss part!
