I am currently attending college in Tennessee right now. My family lives in Indiana, so I decided to visit them for Spring Break. My parents aren't usually the type to notice changes. I could cut off 10 inches of hair and my dad would have no clue. haha Anyways, tonight while I was just sitting around and talking to my mom, she asked me if I have lost weight! I know I still have quite a bit to lose, but that seriously made my day. :)

    Good for you! As a mom, I notice my kids quite a bit and can tell you what's up with them! What a great feeling to take back to school!

    Woohoo! And NSV = non scale victory. The little things we notice that aren't a number on the scale..,
