This is my first success Story post.

Todays weigh in put me in ONEderland at 197.4 lbs

Such a great feeling, I feel alot better for it and No longer feel embarresed or ashamed to tell people my weight if they ask ,I am fitting into clothes that I thought were way too small an that makes me smile.

The help and support I have found on this website has been amazing.

I thank everyone of you, friends and people I have not yet made friends with whose forum posts I have read to help me along and keep me motivated.

I set my goals when I joined the 1st being 196lbs and I am VERY close to that already.

My ultimate Goal of 182 lbs was almost set out of my reach, or so I thought. But the progress I have made has made be believe that this goal is achievable and achievable before the summer.

Thanks again, and good luck to all that are working towards a goal.
