My First Time

Good morning, MFP!

My name is Suzanne, I am 29 years old and I have 186 pounds to lose. Even at that goal weight, I would still be considered overweight. However, I have managed to let my eating habits and food addiction become out of control. Over the past 12 years I have gained these 186 pounds (and had a baby) and I know it will take time for it to come off. I have set some mini goals for myself and I am hoping they are realistic! Any help from some successful "losers" would be appreciated!!!

I'm a single mom working full time, mostly behind a desk. I don't have time or the money for a gym membership but I've found some great programs On Demand and I have a Wii that I've been using to get some dancing in each night! (I love the Just Sweat option on Just Dance 2!) Now that the weather is getting warmer, I can walk during my lunch break and with my daughter on the weekends. Any other ideas would be great, too!

I look forward to making some friends on here... I could use a lot of support.... I have a tendency to fall off the diet wagons (Weight Watchers was great and I lost 22 lbs but once I stopped the program, the weight came back on). So I'll need some people to keep me in check!!!

Thanks for reading. Nice to meet you!
