So I have to share......
60 days ago I started p90x. I weighed 208 pounds, the largest i have ever been in my life. The first 30 days were great, I lost 10 pounds and 8 inches! Then the scale just stopped! Today was my 60 day mark and I know that the scale had only gone down 2 pounds....which makes me SO mad! I had to measure today. I lost 15 inches! 15 inches!!!!!! Seriously, that is the way to keep me going! I noticed my waist was getting back to the size it use to be but never realized I had lost so much! That just rejuvenated me! I think our family is going to go for a long walk. Hoping the next 30 days bring me more pounds off that scale AND a lot more inches gone!

Cannot stress enough the importance of measuring! It usually is there to give you a little "pick me up" when the scale refuses to do it for you. Great work!0

That is so awesome and inspiring. Just proves that the scale is not always our friend but the measuring tape and how we feel is a much better measure! Congrats on a fabulous job done. You may have just encouraged me to continue with Insanity. I'm heading into week 4 and have seen a few inches gone and very little weight loss, but you success is motivational! Thanks for sharing!0

Great!!!! So glad to see positive changes even when the scale stops moving. Thanks for sharing, cause I go thru the same thing., but my tummy is so flat this morning, even though I weigh the same as last week. Keep up the good work!!! You should be so proud of yourself!!!!0

the tape measure is your friend. for now you may be replacing the fat with muscle which muscle takes up less room. it doesn't weigh any less be does take up less room. just stay with it. the weigh will come.
awesome job on the inches lost and here's to the weight plus more inches to come.

The scale means nothing as you see Measuring is the way to go! and congrats 15inches is ALOT!!0

With exercises like P90X, you don't want to focus on weight as much as inches because it's going to build up your muscles. You will get smaller, but won't see it on the scale as much. Congratulations!0

That's great! If you can make it to 4 weeks, keep it up.0
