how to change routine

I have lost 34 lb since August total. I started running outside (lost about 20-22) and then took a month off due to weather and then started going to the gym about November. I started MFP mid January and have lost 12 lb so far from that. I exercise 6 days a week doing 400 calories or so on elliptical and interval running about 250 calories on treadmill. Two days of the week I do strength training plus my cardio and on Saturdays I do a 1000 calorie burn. Sometimes I ride the bike to mix things up a bit. Probem being I think I need to change up my routine a bit to get back my maximum weight burn. The gym I go to only has the elliptical, treadmill, bikes and some weight machines. I would be greatful for any new suggestions.

    Does your gym offer any cardio clases... you could try those or get a DVD to do at home. If you have a Wii or XBox Kinex you could do the exercise "games" that they offer. You could also do stairs, find an open football field and run up and down the stands (those are killer)!

    No it does not offer any cardio classes. I am from a real small town and so I go to the gym at the local school
