Your Best Body Workout from Fitness mag (June 2008 issue)?

I was just wondering if anyone is doing or has done the "Best Body workout" from the June 2008 issue of Fitness magazine. It is a combination of cardio and different stretches and moves (for lack of better words). I was just wondering if any of you have done it and have seen results. I have been doing it for 2 weeks now and love it. It really gets me sweating. If you have been doing it, how do you calculate how many calories you burn? I would love to talk to others who have done or are currently doing this workout.

A Heart rate monitor is your best bet for calorie calculation. I have not tried that work out.0
