Well, is it? I can't bring myself to pay newsstand prices for magazines these days, considering you can get a 12 month subscription for the same price. Have any of you guys read it? I've went through one or two issues, and their website seems pretty cool. I just haven't really looked into it enough to know if its really good on a consistent basis :)

Sure, it's ok, it's a typical magazine. Has some decent articles, some pretty good recipies, and a lot of fluff. It's not too rediculous. If you are a magazine reader it's pretty good. Be cautious of the medical articles though, some of these workout mags tend to lean toward what ever pharma company is paying for thier adds.

That works out, I am one of those "have to be bleeding to death with numerous broken bones to see a doctor" types :)

My boyfriend subscribes to it and he enjoys it. I get Women's Health. I think compared to a lot of the other fitness magazines out there these two are pretty good. I hated magazines like Shape or Self because they just reword the same articles over and over it seems. My boyfriend likes Men's Health because he says it keeps him motivated and its more about the kinds of goals he wants to reach (unlike Muscle & Fitness).

    Thats my two cents!

Yes, for a year or two. then you are going to start seeing the same thing in them that you already have seen.
I noticed it with fitness mags that I was getting, so what I did was take the ones that I had, cut out the work outs and put them all in a note book, After going through about a year or two of magazines. I had filled a notebook and have all the workouts that I would ever need. I canceld the subscrition and saved from having to go back not to mention space and money.
Just a thought. If you already have them from the past you might not NEED to get a subsribtion.

    I recently subscribed msarro,
I found it to be a great advisor in learning new workouts and new foods to try.
They have a bunch of hollywood and sports starts that give opinions and their daily workouts.
It was pretty cheap when I got it.
For a health magazine they have a lot of frozen dinner ad's though... and for a guys mag it has a lot of half naked guy models everywhere....
what got me into it was the book, eat this not that, which is written by one of the MH editors I think... dont quote me on it.

anyway, I totally recommend it, I find it helpful.
