For the past two months ive been working as a trainee instructor for MOKY (like zumba but with more chart music) and i tend to have to go straight to a class from my full time job.
I seem to be having issues finding something that keeps my energy up for the whole hour (or 2 if im doing two classes) and because i have to eat at work i need something thats going to 1) last all day in my bag and 2) be suitable to eat at my desk.

So.......all suggestions welcome! (I am in the UK as well so some brand specific things i may not be able to get)

Thanks

Katie

I would get an insulated cooler bag with reusable ice packs. Then you bring stuff like yogurt, fruit salads, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs.

How about peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, nuts, dried fruit?

I have some individual containers...one's a salad container, others are smaller 1-2 c. containers, ones a cereal container...etc. They all come with an ice pack in them...it's great! Keeps everything I need cool, cooled and it's great for portion controlling too. The brand name of these are Fit&Fresh. You can take whatever you want in your lunch bag (I also use an insulated bag) and it keeps all day!
