I am nowhere near ready for pictures of myself on here, but I was trying to compare myself from a little over a month ago to now. Sorry, there is no real success story here.

Change the IMG to lowercase img for the images to work.

are you following a workout plan or just counting calories?0

Thanks! I can't figure out posting! I think I do see a difference though!0

Hey Amber - try not to be so down on yourself - there are plenty of people in life who will do that for you without even asking them. You keep up the good work that you have started and smile as you should be proud of the 14 lbs that are gone. Good job done so far!0

HOnestly, I am figuring out how to eat first if that makes sense! I may get a little exercise in here and there! I know how I should work out, but all the working out in the world won't do me any good if I don't curb the eating habits. I still have a little ways to go with that! Some days are better than others.0

Hi Amber. I'm glad you posted - I agree with the person who said you should be proud of the 14 lbs you lost, you are on your way. Way to go! I CAN NOT WAIT to see you update up with more pictures as you stick with it. You are a beautiful person and you are definitely making progress toward your goals. That's how you do it, one day, one pound at a time.
Hang in there, hang in there, hang in there! When it comes to exercise, what if you started with a nightly walk around the block? Just to get used to moving more? Just a thought. Keep going girl! You got this!0 -
There are changes happening for sure - With me, I find that I often eat better when I work out (especially if I run, because I still hate it, lol) because I don't want to have done the work for nothing Don't feel like you have to spend an hour on the treadmill or at the gym - if you put some intensity behind it, a half hour a day makes a world of difference as far as visible changes to your body and how you feel! 14 lbs IS a success story! keep up the great work!0
