Suggestions for a Newbie?

I'm new to using the trackers and online community. I'm not new to fitness, but I've definitely fallen off the proverbial diet wagon since having two kids and going through a nasty divorce. So far so good...first week through and lost three more pounds (had lost 5 before trying the plan). My goal is not just to lose weight, but to get my BMI in a normal range. Any tips for the newbie?

Welcome,Im sure you will be inundated very soon with plent of tips.These are the things that I follow.
1.Ensure that you log everything.
2.Drink plenty of water,then drink some more.
3.Weigh in at the same time each week,under the same conditions.
4.Enjoy your exercise.I try and exercise as much as I can outside.The fresh air is so good for you and it is great for your morale.
5.Try and eat 5/6 small meals throughout the day.
6.finally if in doubt ask,everyone is lovely on this site and a wealth of experience is yours at your request.
