Net cal is there a number I need to stay above my food goal is 1600 I eat them then burn 1000 at gym and my net is 600 should my net be above 1200 is that my goal? Im so lost need it dumbed down so I can get it

The common consensus seems to be - keep your NET above 1200.
But only if you really need to to feel energized and feeling good, IMO.0 -
Net should be between 1000-1400 calories every day. I usually keep it to 1100-1300 tho0

Are you using a HRM? If your using a readout on a machine or on this site and you eat all your exercise calories you will probably eating to many...0

It is dumbed down for you. Go to your home page (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/). Just under the advert at the top it says something like "123 calories remaining"
You are aiming to get that number to 00
