Hi, I'm new at this and I think I'm already slowly slipping on constantly logging in to check everything. I was hoping they would have the blackberry app up and running. I'm a college student, and although I only eat on the meal plan I feel its hard to find motivation or the time to go the gym consistently everyday. My ultimate goal is to lose 30 pounds but I have a monthly goal of 7lbs per month. If any of you have any suggestions of helping to stick to this with a busy schedule it would be appreciated. Thanks !

    Add friends on here, be consistent, and start with small realistic changes! And starting is definitely hard. When I started about a month ago, I wasn't sure if I would stick with it because I doubted myself and whether I would actually stick to it. Who knows, maybe tomorrow I will still go off. What I try to do is to make healthy decisions one day at a time and think of it in terms of making good decisions over and over again that eventually turn into life-long habits!
