Life style changes "eating" especially

I got fed up with my weight over 200# again. Started at the local "Y" and got on a weight loss program "loss 10 in 10 weeks". Well 10 weeks is up next Weds, and I've lost 17#, I exercise 3 days a week there and swim in a class for my arthritic knees. I lost 40# a couple of years ago for my sons wedding. Put that back on afterwards. So here I am again and this time it's for good. It's a mindset as well as a live style change so now I eat to live rather than literally live to eat. God bless all of you who are trying and you get an "A" for effort.

    That's awesome!! You even went over there goal :D your most def right it's all in the eating and exercising. I find when I cook at home meals ahead of time I stay on plan..when I have nothing cooked I go buy fast food. Continue to stay focused and you will succeed!
