This morning after my run I whipped up my new favorite chocolate protein shake..

1/2 cup of 1% milk
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
1 JELLO sugar-free liv active milk chocolate bliss pudding snack (has more fiber than the others)
1 cup crushed ice

Then curiousity got the best of me and I added a tablespoon of regular instant coffee..I put it all in a blender and yummmmmmmmmmmm! It tastes like a mocha frap!!!

32 g protein
