I often feel guilty about eating "bad foods" now. I read this and thought it was interesting to read.

as long as you eat food that your body needs (not wants, we all want chocolate but our body needs nutritive foods) when you're physically hungry you shouldn't feel guilty. and indulging every now and again shouldn't bring you guilt, if it does you might be developing a bad relationship with food.
