Don't under estimate Small Meals your gorger

I never use to eat small meals before. I use to Gorge and eat twice a day, but really hammer in the calories. I just started to eat small meals since march 7th and lost 4lbs in 5 days with no other changes. It might seem obvious to do this, but I don't think most people do it. Doing this does keep your metabolism high with few insulin spikes. Never eat more than 800 calories at a times, which goes to fat. Also eating fat with your carbs, this slows down the sugars and helps the sugar trigger. Sugar is your biggest enemy, not fat. Atkins was on the right course. I've lost the most weight before using his techniques. But Atkins really isn't a life style for me anyway. I'm eating carbs but cutting out most of the processed foods. This is the best success I've had in ten years, that's why I'm sharing. I'm getting off the processed, pasteurized and genetically modified food train!!!
