Adding fiber

I just found this easy recipe for homemade whole wheat wraps...I want to try it out and they are only 100 calories a serving and they have 3 grams of fiber. Anyone know an easy way to add a little more fiber into them? Bumping it up to 5 or 6 grams instead? I don't care if it means they are 150 cals instead lol!
recipe: 4 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of warm water, tsp salt, 1/4 tsp of baking powder...

You can always add more fiber by putting veggies inside the wraps. I'm not sure about adding fiber itself to the recipe.0

Add oats, flax. Ground up veggies, quinoa, anything fibrous0

I add chopped up garbanzo beans (chic peas) to a lot of different foods for added fiber.0
