Apples, celery, snap peas, light cheese sticks, walnuts, slim fast shakes! I'm trying the slim fast plan right now so I ALWAYS have fruits and veggies to snack on and to have with my lunch shake and then have veggies, a healthy carb and some kind of meat for dinner. Working so far! Very light exercise and have lost 5 lbs in a week and a half :o)

(There is only one store in town that carrys the brand of Steel Cut Oatmeal that I like and they only carry it occasionally. So when I see it, I buy as many boxes as they have and store them in the freezer. I ration myself by using "regular" Quaker Oatmeal or~~very seldom~~Instant Oatmeal to make the Steel Cut last longer. At last count I had 10 boxes of Steel Cut Oatmeal in the Freezer and One Box of Quaker.)

 That doesn't sound Odd, does it?
