Bored? Come criticize what I eat! :laugh:

But no, really, I'd like some feedback on my diary if anyone is so inclined - I welcome suggestions for improvements!

    My only advice is track sodium.. its in so many foods and can cause you to retain water and make weight loss difficult.. most days your within your goals.. so YEAH!!!

    I reviewed your diary, and it looks AWESOME (and I'm hard to impress!). It looks like you've got a good balance going on, with plenty of variety, fiber, and nutrients. We eat similarly on a lot of items.

    If I had to criticize, the only thing you may want to watch is the processed foods. But even that, they seem to be in moderation.

    I'm really struggling with eating out - we're a 3 - 8 time a week couple, and its hard to scale back from that!
