I JUST DO 1 SHAKE IN THE MORNING WITH HALF A BANNANA THREE SNACKS PURE FRUITS, ONE BALANCED HEALTHY 500 CALORIE TO 600 CALORIE MEAL LIKE TILAPIA FISH WITH VEGIES DRINK LOTS OF WATER IF U CONSIDER GETING ON IT. ALL TOGETHER WITH SNACKS CUSE FRUITS HAVE CALORIES A SMAL BANNANA IS 90 CAL SO I CONSUME A DAY 750 TO 800 CAL A DAY. I RUN FOR AN HOUR EVERY DAY BURN 700 TO 750 CALORIES AND LIFT WEIGHT NOT MUCH CUSE DONT WANT TO LOOK LIKE A MAN.
