I BEN ON SLIM FAST FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS. LOST 7 POUNDS I HAVE A WEEKLY GOAL 5 POUNDS A WEEK, I HAVE 3 MORE POUNDS TO LOOSE BEFOR MY WEEK ENDS WICH IS TUE. NEXT WEEK

IF ANY ONE KNOWS HOW TO PUT THE TICKER ON HERE LET ME KNOW, AND IF ANYONE EVER BEN ON SLIM FAST LET ME KNOW YOUR PROGRESS. I JUST DO 1 SHAKE IN THE MORNING WITH HALF A BANNANA THREE SNACKS PURE FRUITS, ONE BALANCED HEALTHY 500 CALORIE TO 600 CALORIE MEAL LIKE TILAPIA FISH WITH VEGIES DRINK LOTS OF WATER IF U CONSIDER GETING ON IT. ALL TOGETHER WITH SNACKS CUSE FRUITS HAVE CALORIES A SMAL BANNANA IS 90 CAL SO I CONSUME A DAY 750 TO 800 CAL A DAY. I RUN FOR AN HOUR EVERY DAY BURN 700 TO 750 CALORIES AND LIFT WEIGHT NOT MUCH CUSE DONT WANT TO LOOK LIKE A MAN.
