All you see on t,v anymore is advertisements for weight loss supplements, I've heard all sorts of bad things about them and don't think they are for me, but I'm just curious is anyone has ever had any actual results with them.

    Not necessarily a weight loss drug but I use Jack3d for energy to complete my workouts. It's great! Now I'm trying Turbo Blast from GNC.
