Help I can't figure out how to add pictures for before and a

Can someone help tell me how to add a pic to a new topic. I dont' see anywhere to upload and I tried copy and paste and it didnt' work! Any suggestions?

    Upload them to photobucket and then copy the link here, but you have to change the IMG to lowercase(img).
