has anyone done the 30 day shred and if so what were your results? also do you have to do it everyday? thanks in advance

I just started Shred it- With weights today. Not sure if it is the same or not. Too early for me to tell results, but I have a feeling I may be a little sore tomorrow. There was a lot of core work, and cardio circuits along with explosive lifting. To everyone that has done it: the video says you can lose up to 5 lbs a week. For real? I have a hard time believing that I can lose weight doing 30 minutes of circuit training, although I am sure I will get more toned from doing the strength training. Do I need to do cardio on top of this? I did cardio on top of it today, but am curious how everyone else did it.0

Shred is a mean workout.....but It really has worked for my daughter. she couldn't walk or move the next 2 days after starting it. but after that she was fine. I'd say, start it out slow so you don't get to sore in the beginning. I did it once but I don't have the DVD yet.

O yeah ive done it 2x and now i do it every now and then, I combined it with running and I loved my results
Do it 5-6x a week0 -
I do it 5 days a week as an add-in when I'm feeling pumped. I definitely recommend it0
