Quick Smoothie for Raspberry Lovers
1 c. nonfat plain yogurt (110 cal)
1 c. frozen raspberries (I used Cascadian Farms organic -- 70 cal for 1 1/4 c.)
1 c. Trop50 Apple juice (50 cal)
Just put in the blender and mix. If you split it with someone, then you save half of the calories, but for me, I drink the entire amount, because I love shakes and it's very filling.
