SEAWEED CALORIES HELP!!

How many calories are in a sheet of roasted seaweed? I really like eating them rolled up with rice inside, but the nutritional info on the ones I have are not in english. Plus, i cant find it on the internet!

    The seaweed used in sushi wrappers you are referring to is called "Nori" and it's in the MFP database and it's very low-cal.
    Fortunately it's lower in calories than the Spirulina linked above. Spirulina is actually an algae and not seaweed. Spirulina is usually a powder or pellets and not a sheet.
