Hi Everyone

I am new to the forum and looking to stay motivated and on track. I have been tracking points since Jan 2010 when I first turned 40 but lost motivation along the way. I am hoping to get back on track and be commited to my journal and excercise routine this year. Hope to talk to you all soon.

    Good luck to you! Kudos for getting back on the grind. I have been off and on trying to stay in shape but I have been much more consistent since finding MFP.
