hi there, I'm a full time working mom to 2 kids (the younger one just turned 1) and since returing to work full time I found it incredibly hard to fit in time to workout and started gaining weight. I eat when I'm depressed or stressed and this resulted in my weight gain. Since I started keeping track of my calories and trying to keep to the daily limit, I'm able to stick to it or go above only by a 100 calorie. I now find myself reading calorie content for whatever I eat. One thing I'm worried about is getting the right nutrition and not to reduce my metabolism. All your support and advice in this journey of mine is greatly appreciated. My goal is to lose 30 lbs within 1 year - Is this a realistci goal or should I give myself more time.

I need to lose my flabby tummy and arms as well.

    Hi Welcome!!!!!!!

    I know it difficult when the kids are little but one suggestion is when you are not working and if it is nice take your kids for a walk in a stroller. By pushing the stroller with the children in it, it will give you extra weight to push and give you a good work out. You don't have to go for a long period of time but try doing this once or twice a week and see if this helps. Add me if you wish. Good Luck.
