Excel formuals to compute BMR & adjust HRM exercise calories

As many know, heart rate monitors counts ALL caloires burned during workouts, which includes BMR calories. Those calories would be double counted in MFP, because MFP counts them as burned as part of BMR, and, if entered into MFP, would be counted as burned as part exercise. So I created an Excel speadsheet that would compute my BMR, and to adjust the calories reported by my HMR for entry into MFP. The spreadsheet also computes max heart rate, and 50% - 85% heart rate at 5% intervals. Useful for gauging effectiveness during exercise if your HRM does not have such features. I can send you the spreadsheet if you want. The principal formulas used in the BMR calculations are below
The calculation are different for men vs. women.
MFP calories for women = E10- (655+((4.35*$B10)+( 4.7*$D$3)-(6.8*$C$3)))/1440*$D10
MFP calories for men = E10- ( 66+((6.23*$B10)+(12.7*$D$3)-(4.7*$C$3)))/1440*$D10
Where
E10 - Calories burned per the HRM
B10 - Current Weight
D3 - Height in inches
C3 - Age (see below)
D10 - Minutes exercised
* The formual for C3 is =DAYS360(B3,TODAY())/360 where B3 is my birth date
The following portions of the formula compute BMR:
BMR for men = 66+((6.23*$B10)+(12.7*$D$2)-(6.8*$C$2))
BMR for women = 655+((4.35*$B10)+( 4.7*$D$3)-(4.7*$C$3))

I usually just eat back 1/2 to 3/4 of my calories burned showing on my HRM.
I am super impressed at what you put into this!!

Hello all,
I am trying to find out a formula for excel 2010 to enter my daily average HR, time of exercise, weight and have a total calorie burn result for the day....
Its been 1 week that i am trying to create the formula but i don't know what is wrong and the results are not correct....
the formula which is apparently wrong is =sum((-55,0969+(0,6309×HRavrg)+(0,1988×Weight)+(0,2017×Age))/4,184)×60×Time
If anyone knows anything please help...!0
