I was just wondering, if I put my lifestyle as sedentary should I log walking to and from college (takes about 25 mins each way) as exercise?

Yes ma'am you should. The intensity should be light, moderate, or vigouous depending on you speed. Hope this helped.0

Yeah. I timed how long it takes me to walk from one part of campus to another. Then I clock it at 3.0 or 2.0 mph depending on the pace I felt like i did.0
