I forgot to introduce myself at the start...

Single Mum of 2 year old twins. I did lose some weight and size over the past two years from running around after the kids, but I'm looking to get muscle tone back (not as easy in your 40s), and shift the last bit of my 'baby belly'.

Happy to be friends with anyone else who relates to this and wants to help motivate each other.

I'm vegetarian (have been for over 20 years) and I'm currently doing the P90X sessions. Struggling with that protein at the moment! I'm very interested in nutrition generally and weight training.

My goal is to cut down my body fat and trim a bit of weight - although I'm just happy to get into a pile of clothes that have been put aside for when 'I'm a bit trimmer'.
