I'd count it. I count my Crystal-Light flavoured water and my herbal tea.

Do not add it to your daily water count if it has artificial sweetener in it. That stuff dehydrates you, and would be counter productive. Its would fall into the "Diet Coke" category. Read the label first, good luck!!
