    :happy: Sorry to tired after work last night to log. For Tues & Wed

    Log all food: Done both days
    Exercise 30 min/day: Done both days 90 min Tues & 150 min. Wed
    Stay in the green in calories: Done both days
    Drink at least 8 glasses of water: Done both days 14 on Tues and 20 on Wed.
    Do something nice for yourself: Done-tues had 2 pieces of my favorite dk chocolate with mint and watched 1 of my favorite shows on Wed that I taped.

    Earned a grace day

    Goal 3 - work out for 30 minutes per day - Done 40 minutes plus 1 hr Yoga
    Goal 4 - stay under your calories - Yes
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself - Read magazine

    Friday and I'm out.

    We ate out at Culver's tonight. I'm WAY over on calories and I didn't get my water in. I did have a great afternoon walking around the zoo with my family though.

    Stay strong through the weekend and look for next week's challenge to be put up on Sunday.

    Goal 5 - do something for yourself - so many things today - lunch out with friends, long walk with DH, movie with DH, and headed off to read in bed for a while before sleep.

    Goal 4 - stay under your calories - yes. But, chocolate cheesecake ice cream is calling my name. I'm having a vanilla smoothie to see if that will satisfy that craving....

    Logged all food, drank 10 glasses H2O, exercised about 2 hours, under calories (more than I wanted to be, honestly), and watched an episode of Ten Dollar Dinners on DVR.

    Thanks, Shua, for running this - I really appreciate the extra accountability!

    Sunday, Day 7, tired and felt a little weak this evening but made it :happy:

    Goal 4 - stay under your calories -Done (by 20)
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself-had one on one time with each of my 3 kids (danced, played games, read books and cuddled)
