Two months into using MFP to calculate a 500-cal-day deficit, making better food choices to get more bang for my buck, and joining a walking program, I ...

~ have sped up from walking 2 miles at 22 min/mile to walking 6 miles at under 18 min/mile!
~ have shed 20 pounds of ballast holding me down!
~ lost three inches around my waist and had to wear a belt yesterday to keep my pants on!
~ can see my cheekbones again! LOL

~ feel so much more confident.

Mostly I am just happy to have taken charge of my life and DOING something proactive about my well-being. On my way to goal! :happy: Yippee!

    that's fantastic! congratulations! its always amazing when you start to see the results and feel better about yourself. I'm sure you'll agree when i say hands down one of the best choices we can make is the decision to be healthy!
