Hi! I'm relatively new to the site and am wondering if there's a gluten-free thread going anywhere. If so, please let me know.

    Do you have an allergy, sensitive to gluten or do you just choose to avoid?

    I do not have celiac, but I definitely have a wheat intolerance, so it's just easiest to go gluten-free.

    Thank you!!!!! I have a really good WW friend and I think she would love this site. She's just a little computer-shy. I think if I sit down with her to give her a tour and the added bonus of a GF group, she would try harder. Us old folk are not born with a computer chip in our brains!!!!!! Anyway, I'm going to check it out for myself whether she wants to participate or not. :happy:
