Does anyone know if you should log in any vitamens taken, not for calories but for the other nutritional values? Does this throw off your nutritional values for the day?

I don't think it does, but I log mine in. This is just for personal satisfaction...it means I took my multi-vitamin for the day, which is one of my personal challenges.

Okay thanks! I try to take a multivitamin every day but sometimes my stomach is a little sensitve to it. I also take calcium magnesium at least once a day so I didn't know if it would affect my nutritional values to log it in.

I don't log mine...I still take Flintstone vitamins  all other brands make me feel really ill but the Flintstones chewables settle well in my stomach and get me my daily vitamin dose :D

I think it's a good Idea to take a multi vitamin per day ( wish I would remember:grumble: ) but don't take them on an empty stomache or just with coffee, eat and then take them

I like the Sour Gummies vitamins

I don't "log" them in per se,

I just enter a note on my diary that says I took it.

I told my doctor that I sometimes feel queazy when I take my multivitamin... she suggested that I take it at bedtime to help avoid that feeling. It works for me. Good luck!
