hi was wandering what size glass is a glass of water classed as on here plz

    1 glass=8oz

    If I'm not mistaken a glass is considered 8oz. I usually drink at least 8 of them a day.

    when I started MFP, I found it difficult to drink ALL 8 glasses of water a day, but then I got smart and bought a 24 oz water bottle from Walmart for $2. Now I only have to drink 2 & 1/2 of those a day, and it goes by quicker if u drink it thru a straw! Don't know why, but it just happens that way! But to answer ur question, 1 glass is 8 oz!
