Sodium Worries!

I seemed to be able to stay within my calorie limit; however, my sodium is always over.....so is my sugar, protein carbs, and vitamin intake on MFP, but sodium is extremely high. Even the so called "healthy food" I eat has quite a bit of sodium (like the whole wheat wrap I used to make a turkey wrap) It seems I cant get away from it. What should be the limit, per meal I eat? Does going over Sodium, sugar, protein and fat add a significantly to weight gain, even when I stay under my calories?
